99 Songs Arrives on Netflix This May | Trailer (Tamil) | A.R. Rahman’s Musical Masterpiece

A story about the power of music that enchanted the world — A.R. Rahman’s 99 Songs will
stream on Netflix from May 2021.

One song can change the world. Or so Jay believes. When the musician is challenged to
compose 100 songs in order to complete his quest for love, Jay sets out on a journey of
redemption and discovery.

99 Songs marks Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Rahman’s filmmaking debut as a
producer-writer. The romantic musical is an ode to the timeless power of love and music.

Directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy, 99 Songs introduces actors Ehan Bhat and Edilsy
Vargas. The film also stars Tenzin Dalha, Manisha Koirala, Lisa Ray, Ranjit Barot, and Rahul
Ram.

99 Songs is presented by Jio Studios. The film is produced by Rahman’s production
company YM Movies and co-produced by Ideal Entertainment.
